Ever since I can remember ...art  was always the one thing I loved doing. My father was an artist, and it was from him that I got the sense that art was real and powerful, and could touch people.

I made the very first bowl as a gift for a friend in 1996. The word spiral was my way of wishing her all the best things in life... love hope peace joy wonder wisdom purpose devotion understanding, compassion friendship family harmony appreciation happiness and more.  Vermont Wish Bowls began as a 'word of mouth' business that has lasted for 20 years!
